Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   Why can’t I get the training course to open up?
A:   The training courses open in a new window to allow viewing full size, If you experience pop up blocker problems opening the course please change your security settings to allow access to these urls.  and
This can be found on Tools menu of your internet browser, following the path:   Tools_Internet Options_Security_Trusted Sites. click "sites" button and add the above URL's.
Browsers may differ seek advice from your own IT department if you do not have access to these settings.

Q:   How do I reset my Password?
A:   Go to the log in page and click on the link at the bottom if you have forgotten your password – an email will be sent to you with your password details.

Q:   How do I change my username?
A:   Your username is a unique identifier, in this system your email address and this cannot be changed.

Q:   My email address has changed?
A:   You may change your email details using the edit tab in your profile. Sign into the system using your current log in details.  Access your account details by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen.   Go to the Edit Profile tab.   Then overtype your current email address.

Q:   I haven’t received a confirmation email following registration?
A:   This may take a short while to come through.  Check your “Junk mail” folder in case your settings may have caused it to be removed to a Junk/Spam.   if you have not received an email after 24hrs advise the site administrator on

Q:   My organisation has purchased course licences – How do I enrol?
A:   If your organisation has already bought licences, consult your training organiser to obtrain the correct licence code to enter and “how to log in' PDF.
